Your Profile Master or PhD degree of Optics, Materials or Engineering.Min. 10 years work experience in opto-electronics industry；min. 5 years with management role.Good knowledge in optical materials, especially on high index wafers, blue glass, filter glass etc.Good knowledge of application of optical glass and/or wafer, and optical module design.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize controller functions and support component design. Plan and execute load assessment tasks for research, sales, and service-related projects using advanced aero-elastic simulation tools. Provide expert technical input to development projects by integrating real site-specific load insights.
In partnership with indication-specific Medical Strategy, Operations, Sales, and other functions, responsible for award of strategic and tactical new business to achieve annual Gross New Business targets.
Participate in peer-to-peer educational exchanges, webinars, and scientific workshops to drive awareness, understanding and credibility of our technology. Collaborate with national Sales and Marketing to deliver local educational support. Develop national KOL networks: Establish long-term, strategic relationships with national KOLs, HCPs, and other stakeholders.
Data Science & Advanced Analytics is responsible for developments of the statistical procedures and methods used for quality assurance processes, data imputations, data projections, forecasting and many other for healthcare panel data including pharmacy sales, ecommerce data, hospital consumption, physician level prescriptions and longitudinal anonymized patient level data.
