Your Profile: As a fully qualified lawyer with both state law exams, you have at least 5-7 years of professional experience in a renowned law firm and/or in the legal department of an internationally operating commercial enterprise, and you possess sound knowledge of corporate law and contract law.Your confident demeanor, analytical thinking, and conceptual strength drive you to think outside the box, understand economic contexts, and find innovative solutions.You enjoy applying your structured and proactive work style daily, combining legal diligence with commercial decisions.You are fluent in negotiation and contract-level German and English.
