As a Customer Support Representative, you are the coordinator and take ownership of our service delivery. You also support the Sales department in handling quotation requests and orders in the area of eMobility. Additionally, you assist other inside‑sales colleagues with all questions related to electric mobility.
Prepares materials for presentations and makes service sales presentations as needed. Primarily focused on developing new business from customers that have not had their pumps serviced, are lost, pumps due for service, newly installed eqiupment or competitive equipment.
In this role, you translate Grid Code requirements into clear software requirements, test cases, and validation activities. You collaborate closely with software development, Engineering, Sales, and Project teams to ensure safe, compliant, and predictable plant behavior across all project phases. In addition to this, there will be day to day planning activities at Works Order, Sales Order, and Purchase Order level. Training will be provided on the specific logistics responsibilities for the role. Duties include: Extract and manipulate data from our systems to provide our stakeholders with up-to-date information on the progress of Sales Order despatches.
