You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Production, and Certification Authorities, to drive the successful implementation of grid compliance solutions. YOUR TASKS Manage and coordinate multiple development projects related to Grid Code Compliance, ensuring budget, timeline, and quality standards are met Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (Electrical, Software, Mechanical Engineering) to ensure technical feasibility and proper implementation of compliance requirements Oversee the development process from initial concept to serial production, including prototyping, testing, and certification and coordinate prototype tests and validation processes to ensure compliance with new market regulations Align project scope and schedules with other project managers and report progress to the Program Director of Turbine Serial Development Manage stakeholder communication with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Regulatory Authorities to ensure project alignment and smooth execution Identify and mitigate project risks related to grid compliance regulations and technical implementations and support the integration of grid compliance updates into existing and new turbine platforms, ensuring seamless transition into production YOUR PROFILE Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields Proven experience in technical project management, preferably within the wind energy industry (PM certification is a plus) Knowledge of Grid Code Compliance and electrical grid regulations is highly beneficial as well as a strong understanding of wind turbine electrical and control systems (software, hardware, grid integration) Hands-on experience with MS Office tools (including MS Project Server), experience with ERP and PLM systems is an advantage Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured and solution-oriented approach and experience working in an international, cross-cultural environment Fluent English skills are required, knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a plus YOUR BENEFITS Nordex offers a range of attractive benefits – here’s a selection of what you can look forward to.

As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You take operational responsibility for identifying, correcting, and optimizing customer pricing conditions across all European sales organizations.You ensure price accuracy and compliance at customer and condition level – working closely with local sales teams and central commercial functions.You analyze large and complex pricing data sets to identify incorrect or inconsistent pricing conditions.You detect anomalies, errors, and deviations from pricing rules, guidelines, or strategic frameworks and develop systematic approaches to improve error detection and reduce manual effort.You execute price corrections, updates, and condition adjustments in SAP to ensure accurate billing and customer conditions.You work closely with the Pricing Strategy Expert to ensure alignment between operational price execution and strategic pricing principles.You support the translation of pricing strategy into operational rules, logic, and SAP configuration updates.You coordinate closely with European sales organizations, Sales Excellence, IT (SAP), and Commercial Controlling to ensure consistency, data quality, and transparency in pricing processes.You act as the central point of contact for countries regarding price corrections and operational pricing questions.You develop and maintain structured pricing data models to improve efficiency, transparency, and quality.You identify process gaps and implement improvements to optimize pricing workflows and reduce error rates.
As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You take responsibility for the development of data-driven and automated pricing recommendations for the sales organization. These recommendations are generated from advanced pricing models and delivered via the Condi Portal (Power Apps).You work closely with internal data scientists to understand, refine, and operationalize pricing algorithms and data models.You translate statistical models into practical pricing logic that can be intuitively and easily used by sales teams.
In addition to this, there will be day to day planning activities at Works Order, Sales Order, and Purchase Order level. Training will be provided on the specific logistics responsibilities for the role. Duties include: Extract and manipulate data from our systems to provide our stakeholders with up-to-date information on the progress of Sales Order despatches.
